CheapOair asked us to increase their brand awareness and social presence, while touting their latest and biggest promotion ever – all without increasing their budget by a dime.
We created a campaign around the idea that any trip is better when you fly cheap, and produced a series of commercials and banner ads to introduce the CheapOair brand and promotion – The Appsolute Getaway, which included an epic prize: 50 free tickets to fly anywhere in the US.
To get people excited about traveling with CheapO, we created “The Great American Showdown” – a bracket-style tournament that pitted American cities against one another to claim the title of America’s Favorite Travel Destination. Fans voted on each city vs. city matchup and commented on and shared their favorite destinations with friends, further brand increasing awareness and increasing excitement for the promotion.
As a result, CheapO’s online spots hit over 1,000,000 views on YouTube in just under a week, and we increased social engagement metrics with the CheapOair brand by upwards of 400% in just two months.
