A Fresh Spin on a Stale Category

HomeServe was an encompassing and invaluable brand for homeowners – but the home service policy provider category had become an afterthought for most. In order to grow, we knew HomeServe needed to position itself not only as a standout service, but one that was above the competition.

To distance the brand from the straightforward and dull ads that had become commonplace in the industry, we tapped into the white space and delivered two humorous spots that not only built the brand, but also lowered the cost-per-acquisition.
