Chamberlain University knew its students were anything but typical. They were caregivers and breadwinners, first-generation scholars and full-time parents, career changers and community pillars. For them, nursing wasn’t just a job path — it was a calling. But standing in the way of that calling were real-life barriers: time, confidence, money, uncertainty.

The leadership team at Chamberlain understood they had to reach hearts as well as minds. Their challenge wasn’t just awareness — it was resonance. Together with DiMassimo Goldstein, they set out to create a campaign that would transform perception, elevate differentiation, and help more prospective students see themselves succeeding at Chamberlain.

We began with a deep Unstucking Process to understand what stood in the way of growth. The insight: these students had every reason to doubt they could do it. But Chamberlain had every structure in place to help them. From flexibility to emotional support, from tutoring to NCLEX prep, Chamberlain was uniquely designed for students living real, complicated lives.

The Big Brand Idea was as emotionally true as it was strategically sharp: “You’ve got this. And we’ve got you.” A message that wasn’t just said — it was felt.

Across video, radio, digital, and social, we showed real students navigating real lives, lifted up by professors, mentors, and peers. We brought Chamberlain’s culture of care to life in every channel. With visual storytelling that balanced realism with aspiration, and messaging that radiated compassion and conviction, we helped Chamberlain belong to something greater.
